Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns for Bath Body and Mind products purchased directly from our website within [7] days of the purchase date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Return Process

To initiate a return, please email us at Hello@BathBodyandMind.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We will provide you with a return address and any additional instructions.

Please note that you are responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to us unless the item is defective or incorrect due to our error.

Refunds

Once we receive your return, we will inspect it to ensure that it is eligible for a refund. If approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. Please allow 7
days for the refund to appear in your account.

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges at this time. If you would like a different item, please follow the return process and place a new order on our website.
